How we work with Ford
A lot of companies talk about using the internet to do real work, however a closer look at their operation reveals that they are experimenting on their customers. IVC actually implements internet based solutions to get real work done at Ford. We actually utilize the processes and solutions we sell. The diagram on the next page shows how we are working as a contractor team on our ACD project. Notice that we have internet servers at SAIC, IVC, Ford, and an external facility in Holland MI. We utilize this system to deliver and work on the project.
Our Mission at Pacific Bell
At Pacific Bell, we are delivering productivity to their employees, and cost savings to the company through the use of our internet client/server technology. To deliver powerful, scaleable internet applications, we use our Enterprise development platform, and MediaVerse for the client. An example of this technology in action is the Pacific Bell Relational Information Management System (PBRIMS) that we developed to deliver ticketing information for California, Nevada, and parts of Oregon (see diagram below).

Information Vortex Corporation is one of the original multimedia authoring companies in the industry. Started in 1991 as Looking Glass Software, Inc., Information Vortex Corporation has developed some of the major work in multimedia products, with customers that span the fortune 500. IVC is an IBM Development Partner, a Microsoft Development Partner, and a SUN Development Partner. Our closest working relationship is with Microsoft, while IBM is our oldest partner.
Information Vortex Corporation can be viewed as two companies in one. IVC is a developer of multimedia/Internet tools and systems, and IVC is a developer of multimedia/Internet end products. The value added that customers get from this combination, is that the authoring tool vendor is a member of the team, which means there will always be superior support should problems occur.
